
International B2B Sales Manager (f/m/x) – French-speaking countries
To strengthen our team, we are looking for an International B2B Sales Manager (all genders) for French-speaking countries.
The Sales Manager is responsible for the further development of sales as well as for the sustainable business development in regions such as:
- French-speaking countries (France, Africa)
Job Responsibilities:
- Build up the market in assigned regions
- Cooperation with the foreign sales partners in assigned regions
- Individually manage sales with existing customers including regular visits
- Generate new business from previous customers & prospects
- Strengthening the market position of Microplex
- Qualify sales leads generated by our website
- Consistently deliver individual sales targets every month
- Quoting and Processing of sales projects
- Participation in trade fairs and sales meetings
- Evaluation and analysis of all sales-relevant key figures
- Continuous documentation of the sales work
Your Profile:
- University degree or education and experience in the Sales & Business Development sector
- B2B technical sales experience
- Willingness to travel
- Business Fluent in French and English communication (further foreign language skills are of advantage)
- Knowledge of current office programs and handling of modern ERP and CRM systems
- Independent and reliable work with high team ability
- Selling skills with a proven ability to close business
- Sales relationship building skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Professional attitude and appearance
