What was customized?

WiFi antenna optimization and integration:

A protected, dust- and shock-resistant antenna housing was mounted on the rear of the device. This ensures stable wireless reception regardless of the printer’s installation position — even in demanding environments.

Customer-specific optimized label handling:

The internal label holder was redesigned specifically for the customer’s label materials, ensuring stable guidance and eliminating any loose parts that could be lost during daily operation.

The side guide for the label roll is now firmly integrated into the printer lid and tailored to the customer’s roll dimensions, preventing unspooling when used on forklifts or other mobile equipment.

Optimized mounting for seamless replacement:

The adapter of the mounting plate was custom-designed to match the customer’s existing installation environment. This ensures a space-efficient, plug-and-print replacement of the previous printer model without requiring structural changes.

Customized and fixed gap sensor positioning:

The label gap sensor was positioned specifically for the customer’s application and firmly fixed in place to prevent any accidental movement or vibration-related shifting that could lead to detection errors.
