Microplex Thermal Printers

Microplex thermal printers are available precisely tailored for your application. With various print widths from 4 inches up to 8 inches with near-edge or flathead technology, efficiently print your labels, monochrome or 2-color.

With maximum print speeds from 6 inches per second up to 16 inches per second, depending on the required print volume, from medium volume to the toughest industrial use with continuous 24/7 operation.

Direct thermal printers for low-cost shipping labels, put-away labels, etc. and thermal transfer printers for durable and long-lasting smudge and scratch resistant labels or PVC cards are available.

Some models can be optionally equipped with a UHF RFID read/write unit. This is used to encode the UHF RFID chips contained in the labels during printing. Find an overview of our RFID ready printers here RFID Printer.

For mounting on forklifts or mobile workstations, some models have a DC power supply (e.g. 12V, 24V, 36V or 48V DC). You can find an overview of the available printers at Mobile Printer.

Numerous options are available for all Microplex thermal printers, such as a cutter, tear-off edge or peel-and-present module.

All Microplex thermal printers incorporate the Microplex intelligent controller. It offers a wide range of configuration options.

The printers can thus be individually adapted to the planned application.

More than 40 Printer Languages (emulations) can be selected and configured. In addition to feedback via SNMP and status out, electrical signals (GPIO) can also be used to control and monitor the printers.
